What families are saying

Progress that reaches beyond therapy.

“Just wanted to quickly share how exciting I am about all the words my son has been saying and attempting to say on his own this week. ❤️ (Silly, washroom, thank you and Dani again) 😍 I'm sure there's even a few more I have forgotten about as we've just been so excited! 😊 I just had to share!”
— Aspire parent
“Leaving the house used to be a nightmare. Every errand, every family outing ended in a meltdown. Grocery stores, restaurants, even just getting in the car, everything was a battle. Aspire helped us figure out why it was happening and gave us strategies that actually work. Now, we can go places as a family without feeling like we’re walking on eggshells.”
— Aspire parent
“My daughter said goodnight for the first time today! I can't contain these emotions of excitement!”
— Aspire parent
“All the work your team has done over the years has made my son more independent. He loves his daily bicycle rides, joined a chess club and competes in tournaments, and independently decided to run for student council. He’s now part of the council as a student representative. Seeing his independence grow makes me feel more confident about him going to high school next year.”
— Aspire parent
“I highly recommend Aspire, we got started with them recentley because we were tired of driving to clinics, the therapist they assigned to my family is amazing and my daughter loves her. I'm so glad we found them when we did!”
— Aspire parent
“We weren’t sure about in-home therapy at first, but now I wouldn’t do it any other way. My child is learning things that actually make a difference in our everyday life. Plus, not having to drive to a center across the city everyday has given me and my husband so much time in our day back.”
— Aspire parent
“Watching your child struggle with aggression is heartbreaking. We didn’t know what to do or how to help. Aspire gave us real strategies that actually work. My child is happier, our home is so much calmer, and we finally feel like we’re in control again.”
— Aspire parent
“We were completely overwhelmed before starting with Aspire. The meltdowns and the frustration, it felt like we were drowning. Within a few weeks, things started changing. My son is calmer, we’re seeing real progress, and for the first time in a long time, we feel actually hopeful.”
— Aspire parent
“We tried another therapy provider before, but it felt like we were always an afterthought. Aspire actually listened to what we needed. They worked with us, not just our child, and we finally started seeing real changes, more words, better focus, and way fewer tantrums.”
— Aspire parent

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you start.

What is ABA therapy, and how does it help children with autism?

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) is a science-backed therapy that helps children improve communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Our programs are personalized to your child’s needs and delivered in your home to promote real-life learning, generalization of skills, and maximum effectiveness.

Where are you located?

We serve families across the entire province of Ontario, with a trusted team of therapists located throughout cities like Toronto, Oshawa, London, Barrie, and beyond. While we support families province-wide, we’re currently welcoming new clients specifically in the Ontario area.

Do you accept OAP funding?

Yes! We’re a registered Ontario Autism Program (OAP) service provider and proudly listed on the official OAP provider list. That means you can use your Core Clinical Services funding to access our therapy services.

What age groups do you serve?

We provide ABA therapy for children and teens ages 2 to 18. Our programs are tailored to each developmental stage, with specialized approaches to support every age and skill level — from toddlers just beginning their journey to teens building independence.

How long is each therapy session?

Our therapy sessions are a minimum of 2 hours, as research shows this is the most effective duration for meaningful learning and progress. When your child is first starting therapy, we begin with a 1-hour pairing session so the therapist can build trust and rapport before formal goals. Session lengths can range from 2 to 5 hours depending on your family’s schedule and your child’s goals.

What makes in-home therapy more effective than center-based options?

In-home therapy takes place in your child’s natural environment, which means we can target real-life skills where they matter most — like at the dinner table, during playtime, or in daily routines. It also helps with faster generalization of skills, encourages parent involvement, and provides more opportunities for natural learning and lasting progress.

Do you offer services in the community too?

Yes! Depending on your goals, we can provide therapy in community settings. Our therapists can work with your child on real-life skills like grocery shopping, road safety, ordering at restaurants, navigating social situations, and taking public transit. We also help with life skills such as using money, attending appointments, and participating in recreational activities.

Is there a deposit required to start?

Nope — we don’t require a deposit to begin services. We believe therapy should be as accessible and stress-free as possible for families, so there are no upfront fees or financial barriers to getting started.

How long before my child can start therapy?

We don’t make families wait. Our streamlined process means your child can start therapy within 7–10 business days after your consultation, because when it comes to your child’s progress, every moment counts.

Who delivers the therapy sessions?

Every session is delivered by skilled Behaviour Therapists and supported by an expert team of BCBAs, Registered Behaviour Analysts, and Senior Therapists. We’re proud to work with respected ABA professionals who are committed to helping your child thrive.

Who will be on my child’s care team?

Your child’s care team will include five professionals working together to support progress: a Behaviour Therapist, Senior Therapist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Scheduling Manager, and Director of Family Services.

Is therapy available after school or on weekends?

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments. If you choose to take your child out of school for therapy, we also offer transportation services and can coordinate with your child’s school bus provider when possible.

How do you track my child’s progress?

We use data-driven methods and ongoing monitoring to track your child’s growth. Parents get real-time access to our in-house software — the same platform therapists use to take session notes and track progress. You’ll also receive a free 15-page monthly progress report and have the option to speak directly with your Senior Therapist during free monthly check-in calls.

Do parents participate in the therapy process?

Absolutely. Parent involvement is key to long-term success. We offer 1-on-1 parent education sessions so you can reinforce skills at home and feel confident supporting your child’s development.

What happens when we get started?

We start with a conversation about your child, what’s going well, and where you’d like more support. You don’t need to have all the answers—that’s what we’re here to help with. The first few sessions give your child time to get comfortable with their Instructor Therapist while we complete assessment activities to understand their strengths and needs. Your Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) uses what we learn, alongside your priorities, to create a personalized behaviour plan with goals that matter to your family. Your Instructor Therapist then puts that plan into practice through activities tailored to your child, with ongoing guidance from your RBA. We’ll keep you informed along the way and adjust the plan as your child’s needs and skills develop.

You do not have to figure it out alone.
