Who thrives at Aspire?

Strong clinical judgement. Thoughtful leadership.

We’re looking for clinicians who care about both the quality of care and the people delivering it. Your expertise matters—and so does how you communicate, guide, and support others.

You’ll thrive here if…

  • You bring clinical depth. You approach assessment, planning, and clinical decisions thoughtfully.
  • You lead with kindness and accountability. You offer constructive feedback, follow through, and make people comfortable raising questions.
  • You care about families. You listen carefully and explain clinical recommendations clearly and respectfully.
  • You’re reliable.Your therapists can count on you to arrive on time for supervision, follow through, and make time for questions and support.

This may be less suited to you if…

  • You need a guaranteed full-time caseload.
  • You don’t enjoy mentoring therapists, offering encouragement, and helping them grow.
  • You prefer a schedule planned for you rather than managing your own time and priorities.
  • Your existing commitments leave little room for consistent follow-through.

Registration and requirements

Clinical readiness matters.

We’ll verify registration, eligibility, and listing status individually as part of the conversation.

Questions for RBAs

Clear answers before you explore the fit.

Who will be on my care team?

You’ll work alongside Instructor Therapists who deliver sessions and put your clinical plans into practice. A Case Manager helps therapists get settled, learn our tools, and navigate day-to-day operational questions. A Scheduling Manager supports scheduling and related admin. You provide the clinical direction, supervision, and mentorship.

When can I work?

There’s flexibility to work mornings, daytimes, evenings, or weekends. Evening and weekend availability generally gives us more opportunities to match you with families, as many sessions happen outside school hours. We also have daytime sessions, so let us know what your availability looks like.

Is there a minimum weekly commitment?

No. If you’d like to start by supervising just a few children, that’s absolutely fine. If you’re looking to build towards more hours over time, there’s room to grow. Tell us how much you’d like to take on, and we’ll work with you to build a manageable caseload.

What happens after I apply?

Our hiring team reviews your experience, location, and availability. If those line up with what we’re looking for, someone from our team will call you to get to know you, talk through the logistics, and hear what you’re looking for. If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll arrange a clinical interview to explore your experience and skills in more detail, answer your questions, and discuss next steps.

What clinical requirements do I need?

We’re looking for Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs) with active registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). For this role, you must have held that registration for at least one year.
